most Wedding Planners charge $75.00 per hour per Wedding Planner
with a minimum of 3 hours plus a 20% gratuity minimum.
You and the Las Vegas Wedding Planner, also known as a
consultant, will need to have a good relationship. If the personalities
don't work well together, it will only cause you more stress.
And make sure the contract has an escape clause in case problems
arise.
On the day of your Wedding, the Las Vegas Wedding Planner is suppose
to arrive at least two hours before the ceremony time. First the
coordinator will check in with the bride and groom and see that
everything is okay. The coordinator will oversee any set up of
the area, and to be there as the florist, musicians, photographers
and/or videographer arrive. The coordinator will be there to answer
any last minute questions. You are paying them well so utilize
their services.
The Las Vegas Wedding Planner is hired to oversee the flow
of the ceremony. The Planner will make sure everyone involved
in the wedding know his or her cue. They will assist during the
photo session as needed and are to will stay onsite for the full
ceremony as needed.
